Barbara Rompato
Hello! I’m Barbara Rompato, Technical Marketing Manager at Mactac. As my title suggests, I oversee the technical aspects of all Mactac products. I come from Belgium and am currently based at our Avery Dennison plant in Soignies. With over 35 years of experience in technical engineering, I thrive on the complexity of each product and the unique value it brings to the market.
My curiosity drives me to explore the limits of our materials, especially when applying different techniques to push innovation further. I am excited to see the complexity of your project and our materials in action!
Irene Stolk
Hello! I’m Irene Stolk, co-founder of Wrap Maniacs, based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I’ve been in the wrapping industry since 2003, and in 2004, I started our company with Daniel Martinez van der Lem. We design, produce, and apply vinyl wraps to nearly any surface they’ll stick to.
Since 2007, we’ve expanded into global training, material testing, and creative shoots with Mactac brand.
What I love most is the endless variety and creativity this work brings. At Wrap Maniacs, the “maniac” says it all—this job can get a little crazy, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Robert König
My name is Robert König, or just ROB. Born in 1977 in Dresden, I see myself as an entrepreneur, visionary, and artist. In 2010, I co-founded TAPE OVER with Lamia Michna, pioneering Tape Art. Since then, we’ve grown into a thriving creative collective and design agency.
In 2018, I established a multidisciplinary art studio in Berlin, where 20 artists develop their careers while collaborating on exhibitions and performances in our unique communal space—an old 1920s dance hall.
To stay inspired, I still participate in street art festivals every year.
Rick Snabel
Hi, I’m Rick Snabel, Marketing Manager for the Architectural and Signage portfolios at Mactac Europe. Born in the Netherlands, I thrive on making connections that inspire creative problem-solving—both personally and professionally.
With over 15 years of experience in product management, marketing, development, and supply chain management, I’ve worked in large, global, and multicultural environments.
My strong analytical skills allow me to manage products throughout their lifecycle, always with a data-driven approach. I enjoy tackling complex challenges and using insights to drive growth.
